For more than 12 years, Elise Bruner has focused her legal experience and passion toward advocacy for highly-skilled foreign professionals, including those working in the medical and computer technology professions, and to fulfilling their future employers’ needs for highly-qualified personnel.

Elise provides legal expertise, along with leadership, vision, and efficient tactical abilities in the organization and prioritization of the recruitment and on-boarding processes. Her knowledge and ability result in a proactive legal approach, and significantly reduce the stress of all parties involved from the inception of a case to its conclusion.   Elise’s extensive experience working with both individuals and employers also brings a well-rounded perspective on the immigration requirements and potential challenges to achieving their mutual goals.

Elise handles immigration matters for corporations, universities, and healthcare organizations, which seek her counsel. She is skilled in both nonimmigrant and immigrant visas, and has a broad range of experience in temporary worker petitions, labor certification applications, audit responses, requests for evidence, and due diligence regarding immigration law issues for corporate compliance.   Her immigration practice is complemented by her additional experience in family-based applications and naturalization and citizenship, which extends the range of the service she provides to her individual clients and the organizations which employ them.

Elise helps identify the appropriate legal pathways for foreign professionals and organizations, and navigates complex legal and procedural matters by providing hands-on, ethical, and solution-based support.   She is focused on an organization’s and people’s futures, seeks to understand their goals and desires, and assists them in reaching their objectives.
